The Senate has voted for ban the sale of vapes as part of a constituitonal amendment, which also bans the chemical precursors to fentanyl and the drug’s illicit use. The opposition block voted in favour of the overall amendment but against the provision on vapes, stating regulation was preferable and citing concerns the move might push the devices to the black market.
