Mexico ends 2024 with unemployment rate at 18.5%

Mexico recorded 12.4 million people who were either chronically unemployed, economically inactive, or underemployed at the end of 2024. This amounts to a rate of 18.5%, and represents an increase of 3% from the beginning of 2024, when Mexico recorded an all time low figure of 15.5%. Read more at El Economista.
