Mexico imposes 35% tariff on Chinese textile imports

President Sheinbaum announced at her daily press conference yesterday the imposition of 35% tariffs on textile imports from countries, including China, who she says have been illegitimately using Mexico’s Immex programme to avoid import duty fees.
