Morena ex-Governor who allegedly mishandled billions made budget chief

Cuauhtémoc Blanco, former Governor of Morelos and a national football star before that, was appointed Secretary of the Budget and Public Accounts Commission in the Chamber of Deputies. Blanco has been accused of allegedly mishandling over MXN $2 billion when he was governor. He also has been accused of the attempted sexual assault of his half-sister while she worked for his administration in Morelos.
