Trump moves to declare cartels Foreign Terrorist Organisations (FTOs) - read the Order

President Trump yesterday signed an executive order which paves the way for declaring Mexican criminal groups as Foreign Terrorist Organizations (FTOs). The Order did not designate any specific group, and instead directs the State Department to investigate the issue and report back to the President. Read the text of the Order from The White House.
