Foreign Minister de la Fuente highlights new security strategy in Dallas

Mexico’s Foreign Minister, Juan Ramón de la Fuente, is touring 11 Mexican consulates in the US as part of a push to coordinate action among the consulates prior to US President-elect Trump’s inauguration.
